Doctor Appiontment update

Current mood: crappy

So these will be getting closer together, finally.

Had my 35 week appointment yesterday. Weight was down a pound, blood pressure 126/90, baby heart rate 154. Her head is way way down, but I could have told him that. I have a bladder infection, oh joy. No wonder my back has been hurting. Still have to take my sugar 3 times a day this week. He said that there really is nothing in my lads or urine that shows GD, but since I was border line that he is taking the precautionalry road and treating it like I am. With all my prior issues with Blood pressuse and crap he doesnt want to take any chances. He told me that if I dont go on my own that I will be induced no later than 38 weeks....so yes ladies and gentlemen, thats a short 3 weeks away. He is still telling me that my EDD is July  27, but told me months ago that it was July 15 and now my sono is telling me July 4 he still doesnt want to change my dates at all. So I guess going by what he says it will be around July 3, or by the date he told me earlier July 1....so whichever its soon! A few days isnt the end of the world.

We talked to him about my surgery. I was worried that I was going to have to be put under general anesthetic, which is not what I wanted. He told me that if I have an epidural that the surgery would be done with that, but that I would still be sedated. If I didnt have the epi that I would have to be put fully under. So we decided that I would get the epi. Since I have issues with a fast delivery, he is going to have them give it to me early, whether I need it or not, so that I wont miss my chance. He said once they schedule the induction that they will check the anethetists schedule and schedule me too. Sounds good to me. Good thing they have internet access...I have a feeling Im going to be bored.

Oh and guess who got the stomach flu? Yeah, me. I was the last one here that got it. I was in bed all day yesterday. Doc thought that the bladder infection was why I was feeling so shitty...nope, that was only part of it.

So thats it.... My next appointment is the 18th and lucky me...they get to do a vaginal culture...bleh
